Astrology 

Since March 2008, the planet Uranus, associated with technology and new opportunities, has been sitting opposite your natal Sun. So who you really are and where you are heading is up for grabs right now. Uranus always brings new possibilities - often so quickly that it may feel as if you are overwhelmed. Any planet sitting across the Zodiac always brings challenges - this one would seem to be asking if you can learn all the new material fast enough to create the kind of financial reward you desire.  

Through the Autumn months your Sun is also being affected by Saturn, the planet of measure and control. This signals the end of an old cycle, which explains why you are losing enthusiasm for your present work. So, you are being offered the opportunity to get rid of things that are no longer serving - one of which could be your old work. This is an exceptional period for you because although Saturn exerts its influence for about 9 months, Uranus will have the greater impact on your life until mid-2010, due to its slower orbit.

Law of Attraction

What seems to be getting in the way is that you are allowing negative thoughts to come into your mind and take away the pleasure of learning new things. These old fears need to be dissolved and let go of, because they take so much from you that you haven’t enough energy left for your new direction and panic sets in.

You need to remember that the mind is a goal seeking mechanism. This means that each time you think about not having enough of anything, your mind says “Is that what you want?  OK I’ll get it for you!” And it brings you more and more lack. It is vital that you fill your mind with positive thoughts so that it can bring you what you DO want, rather than what you don’t want.
