Aries : 21st March – 20th April This emphasis falls in your Solar 11th House, bringing you many changes around the people, ideals and future prospects that you hold dear in your life – the things you live by, really. So, some of these may go through their own shifts and leave your life completely. wish them well and let them go. A parent may require help from you as well, so you’ll have to schedule in some quality time with them. This is an extremely busy time for you – it can bring about some cherished goal and really spur you on to making a real success of things – although, you may have to make concessions about some of your methods. You are looking to the future now – and it may not seem to be fitting an earlier ideal – that’s fine, as long as you don’t start stamping your foot – heated words and fiery confrontations could result and create more problems that they solve. Taurus: 19th April – 20th May This planetary cluster falls in your solar 10th House and sees you putting your career under the microscope. Traditionally this house is really about your relationship with the larger world and your place in it. As there is a connection to your relationship houses, you may be in line for meeting new people – possibly through your work – who open new doors for you and give you a glimpse of a new future. Finances are big for you though – a real need to take care of your expenditure and maybe tighten your belt somewhat. We are living in financially focused times – and you Taureans know a thing or two about money and its true value. Let go of the things you don’t need right now, bank the differences and wait this period out in your usual patient way. It will pay off for you big time. Your domestic, family situation may also demand something from you – just give with a smile and get on with what you want to do.
Gemini: 20th May – 20th June This is the time for you to beef up your contacts with people from afar – your 9th solar house is full of interesting people who are living at a distance. You could make plans to travel and meet them face to face, or to simply explore the world for a while. If you are involved in legal matters then things could begin to moving towards a resolution – as long as you don’t skip the details – if you are feeling bullish about things then step back and let someone else deal with the fine print for you. You may find that this is a period of helping out your in-laws, as their circumstances can be going through a change and they need your input. This is a period of real creative output for you – words are flying out of your mouth and fingers – on your keyboard. Profit from it – start that writing project or finish one that has been hanging around – and see what it brings you.
Cancer: 21st June – 22nd July This combination of planetary energies fall in your 8th Solar House, which covers a multitude of meanings – from mortgages, loans, taxes – are you up to date with all of those things, as it could be the time for you to get all those forms filled and the paperwork done. A big question for you right now is this – are you and your partner singing from the same financial hymn sheet? If not, it needs to be met head on and regularised by you – it’s your 8th house not theirs. You need to speak out and not hope that your partner reads your moods and silences – they will notice them and completely get the wrong message. It’s words this month, not feelings. Family and children are important to you always, but this month you have a lot more energy available for them and this could be a really fun time for you all. Leo: 22nd July – 22nd August This is the time in your life when you look at your relationships through a microscope – if you find any of them wanting – then let them go – you can only be giving for a certain time, you know. One of your closest friends may make a demand on you that you can’t ignore – just be supportive with a glad heart – the Universe will notice and someone else will be kind to you sometime along the line. This month could also mean that you are getting real about your cash outlay and may decide to have others come to you rather than it always being you who’s being the generous one. You may fancy going out to play for a while – let your hair down and have some fun. Join a creative class, such as writing or drawing – you never know who you could meet. You may decide to turn your home into quite the palace – why not turn it into a painting party and have even more fun?
Virgo: 22nd August – 22nd September This Aquarian cluster falls in your 6th Solar House, so it’s a month of routines and paperwork. You will be moved to go through all your boxes and closets and throwing unwanted things out thus creating a more minimalist look to your office and home. You will feel so much better once it’s done. You could also get your health a tidy and sorted out as the rest of your life – would you treat your car the way you treat your body? Time for a new physical fitness program or the like. You may find that some of your colleagues are in an argumentative mood and you have to keep your head down and not get involved. Just watch that you don’t start worrying about it and taking it all to heart – just let them get on with their own lives while you get on with your work. You may take a top-up course, just to keep your skills fluid – it will look good on your CV.
Libra: 22nd September – 23rd October The group line-up falls in your Solar 5th House. This is the house of children, creativity and fun. You are innately creative and good at making a beautiful life for those you care for – your children become your friends, as you don’t mollycoddle them. You may find that this year one of them leaves home – or even that one who has already been away a while decides to come back in order to save money – just make sure it doesn’t cost you more than you would wish in our present economic climate. Relationships are always important to Librans, so if you aren’t in one right now, this could be the month to find one – but don’t upset the apple cart if you are already in one. Just smile at the nice stranger and go home to your beloved. If you teach in school this could be a demanding and challenging period for you – hard work all round. You may have to referee an argument between two work mates – your innate diplomacy will work wonders for you here.
Scorpio: 23rd October – 21st November This intense planetary grouping in your 4th Solar house focuses you on your roots and family of origin – you may even come to the conclusion that if you can’t choose your relations, at least you can choose your friends. You may decide to put a lot of energy into making over your home, or even consider buying a new home. If you work from home then you may want to extend to enable you to have an office space, rather than just working on the kitchen table. You may also have to extend to create a “granny flat” as your parents may be calling on you to help them as they age. Certainly you will become more keenly aware of your parents’ needs than previously. As the 4th house is also associated with final things, you may find that some old issues that have been nagging for a few year are suddenly resolved and put to bed for once and for all.
Sagittarius: 21st November – 21st December The collection of planets in Aquarius fall in your 3rd Solar house, focusing you on immediate family such as siblings and cousins – as a result you may find that you are zipping around here and there running errands for them. A major event may occur for one of them, such as a divorce or health crisis and you will be much needed as a support. You may also find that there are plans afoot to drastically change your neighbourhood, such as run a major road through your favourite park or playing field – this will get you on your feet and protesting loud and clear. Just watch that you don’t shout too loudly and upset the wrong person – remember, you can suffer from”foot in mouth” disease. One thing you can be sure is that the old place won’t look the same again – it’s not a good time to consider moving though, so you’ll just have to grin and bear it.
Capricorn: 21st December -19th January – The emphasis this month with the planetary build up in your Solar 2nd house, is on your earnings and your income/outgoings. Your belongings and the things you hold most dear in the world materially may need to be revalued. So it could be a good time to sort out what is really useful and get rid of the rest. It’s not an emotional issue, just a practical one – and you will be able to see more clearly afterwards. This could be a good time for you to take a weekend break far enough away from home to take stock. This area of your chart is also your comfort zone and sometimes that can mean that you can avoid challenges by staying exactly where you are and not stretching yourself enough. It is easy to become disempowered by what you imagine is going on outside, but much of it is unreal and doesn’t apply to you anyway, so just keep climbing that mountain and focus on the summit.

This is the perfect time for doing any kind of research work – especially if you are studying for a degree or planning a creative writing project. You will also need to build up your physical fitness through eating and exercising properly – also have a health check if you don’t feel up to par. Someone may confide something important and you decide to keep it to yourself – just get on with what is foremost in your own life and forget it. You could also benefit from getting out and having some fun – dancing, music classes or even a live gig – you never know who you might meet. Your imagination is very productive right now – so write some poetry or even some songs. In fact, this is a very good period for exploring all your creative channels, and having fun as you do.
