Aries : 21st March – 20th April This month is high octane with people coming and going in your social circle – even bringing a little romance into your life. Mars and Venus both dance across the cosmos in your Solar 1st House – so it’s all about YOU – isn’t it always? It could all get a little intense so just be careful that you don’t say something you may regret later. On 7th May, Mercury goes backwards in your Solar 2nd House – offering you plenty of opportunities to get all your financial paperwork sorted out and up to date. Something that you may have overlooked will present itself – remember the devil is in the detail – and how much do you hate details? Just bite the bullet and get it done – you’ll feel so much better. Gemini: 20th May – 20th June – The Taurus New Moon falls in your Solar 12th House which tends to mean that you will have to stick to your regular routines and put socialising on the back burner for a few weeks. If you are working on a project that needs a lot of research, then this is the ideal combination to help you do that. Your ruling planet Mercury, the communicator will do a backwards flip as well in the same Solar House – so get your head down and study. This is not the time to make any major changes in your work situation – if you feel that life is too much with you of late, then a little escapist activity, such as writing, painting or even dancing could help you de-stress. Venus and Mars in your Solar 11th House could bring some new friends into your circle – but you may find that until the month is over you can’t really give them much time or energy.
Cancer: 21st June – 22nd July The New Moon falls in your Solar 11th House, opening many doors for you and offering you a glimpse of a future possibilities. It’s a good time to meet new people who will offer you emotional support as you begin to explore what is out there for you. Venus and Mars are making a great deal of noise in the career area on your chart – so egos are flying around and making everything feel very intense. Just be sure that you take time to get away from the hustle and bustle – remember you are a sensitive soul and too much high octane personality clashes can deplete you. Just pull back and don’t take it all so personally. Mercury does his backwards dance in your friendship area and may bring old ideas or people from the past to help you create a new future. All in all this is a positive time for you – just chill out and let others take the strain for a while.
Leo: 22nd July – 22nd August The New Moon falls in your Solar 10th House of career and public profile, so all your focus will be there for the rest of the month. Many of your money worries will begin to shift as Saturn begins his forward movement on the 17th May in your solar 2nd House of finances – if they don’t actually improve, you will at least begin to sense that a new lightness in the air. With the major planetary build up in your opposite sign Aquarius, you will be feeling that the people you used to rely on will no longer come up with the goods, but there will be new people coming into your life who will. Just don’t rush into anything new too quickly – just wait for a few months for the dust to settle before you make any major relationship decisions. And if others take the credit for work you’ve put in, then so be it – it will all work out in the end – you will be noticed.
Virgo: 22nd August – 22nd September The New Moon falling in your Solar 9th House promises to open you up to new horizons and a whole new take on life and your role in it. Also with Saturn moving forward mid-month in your Solar 1st House, where he has been for the last 18 months, you will begin to feel the heavy weight of many responsibilities slowly lifting off your shoulders. Venus and Mars are still running the show in your Solar 8th House of joint finances – debts, taxes and mortgages. Just look after the details and they will look after you. Then it will all begin to sort itself out by June/July. Your ruler Mercury goes backwards on 7th May – it may be that you have to go back to school or do some home studies that will move your career life on a real pace. It may also bring people from your past into your life again who can revitalise your future.
Libra: 22nd September – 23rd October The New Moon falls in your Solar 8th House – this is an intense placement for you as you like things to be nice and light and airy. However, you will find that others are demanding that you reveal something more of yourself than you usually do – and it’s your choice how you act. If you decide to go for it, you could learn a great deal about yourself and what you need from others – life changing opportunity, perhaps. Irritating but necessary – a month of doing everything twice over. it’s not all doom and gloom, though, Venus and Mars are happily playing out all your relationship fantasies in your opposite sign Aries – so your social/love life will be zinging for the next couple of months. Scorpio 23rd October – 21st November The New Moon falls in your Solar 7th House, focusing you on the needs of others, and what you can do for them. Relationships are in your face this month and so enjoy them for what they are – you don’t have to turn them all into a drama. The Venus/Mars number is churning up your Solar 6th House of work related issues – like getting yourself into some kind of rhythm in your everyday life – not in a routine and sober sense, but in a way that ensures that you have a balance between work and play. Scorpio is an all or nothing sign – so learning a little balance and give and take can be good for your well-being. Someone from your past is sitting just in the wings waiting to cross your horizon again by mid-May – they will bring a whole new outlook to life for you and even offer you an interesting future.
Sagittarius 21st November – 21st December The New Moon in Taurus can bring a strong sense of being brought down to earth. However, it works out, your home/family life for the next couple of months will be lively and demanding – fun, though. With both the New Moon and Mercury in your Solar 5th House this promises to be a very creative and enjoyable month. Mercury could re-awaken some ideas that you had put aside for one reason or another – and you begin to think that this could be the right time to air them. So, a new business or long-term project could be in its seed phase during this month – don’t ignore your creative impulses as one good ideas could spawn a whole raft of new directions for you. Aquarius 20th January – 19th February The New Moon and Mercury in your Solar 4th House bring domestic issues to the fore. They have you asking questions about your home and neighbourhood – are they right for you? Do you want to move somewhere more harmonious to your inner being? Big questions – but only you can answer them. This could be prompted by Venus and Mars playing around in your Solar 3rd House of neighbours – maybe you’ve just have someone move next door whose lifestyle jars with your own and creating stress for you. You may have to deal with problems that a sibling or cousin are going through, that could take time, though not necessarily in a bad way. Pisces 19th February – 20th March The New Moon falling in your Solar 3rd House of communications, siblings and neighbours will put your focus firmly on those things. This could bring a month of writing, speaking, teaching, about things that you felt were long gone in your life, but are now kick starting a new direction for you.
