Over the last few years, life has been bowling along quite nicely for you – although with Saturn paying Cancer a visit from 2003-05 things were pretty tough. However, in the grand scheme of things you learned a lot about independence and selfhood, which is no bad thing, as Cancerians can often be dependent souls. Just to confuse things, however, in the middle of the same period i.e. 2004, Uranus the planet of changes and disruption was smiling at you across the Universe from Pisces, offering you exciting new possibilities – and that’s still going on for about 3 more years from now. How good is that?

This is a good year for you, then, filled with confidence boosting and a real sense of getting somewhere in life – can’t be bad.

This month’s New Moon focuses on you – if you have something to put out into the world around this time (3rd July) then this would be a good time to do it. For those whose birthday falls around this period, then you are really stepping foot into a year of new beginnings.

Augusts’ New Moon (1st Aug) is a Total Solar Eclipse. This implies that you need to sort out your finances and all the things that are really valuable to you, like your talents and gifts, for example. Could any of these be turned into a new way of earning for you? It is often said that doing what you love and loving what you do, will bring the rewards that you would love to have.

September and October bring family matters into sharp focus – maybe you are contemplating a house move because the neighbourhood isn’t what it used to be? There are many planets showing up to emphasise the Moon’s energy, so this could be a very stimulating time for you – writing, teaching, communicating, or even learning something to support your new ventures, could all be in the air for you. 

Through the run-up to Christmas, the New Moons fall in the area of your chart that brings enjoyment and lots of opportunities to express yourself – fun, fun, fun!! How lucky is that? So, family, friends and lots of celebrations are yours for the asking.

By early January, you may be wondering about your work and relationships – especially if your birthday falls around 21-25 of June. This begins an important few years of transforming your life into the way you want it to be – big stuff, but you can take it! 

At the end of January we have another Solar Eclipse, falling this time in your solar Eighth house. This can have consequences throughout February for your joint holdings, mortgages and taxes. Armed with this information, you can begin to put steps in place that will firm up that area of your life and lessen its impact on the other areas of your life.

By March, you are making plans for your summer holidays – a chance to cross the waters and enjoy new cultures and ideas – anything that broadens your experiences of how the rest of the world gets by. You are feeling really hungry to learn something new – and a long-distance journey could fit the bill.

By April/May, you could find yourself revisiting some of the matters that came up in January – career being your primary focus this month. You may be feeling that it’s not giving you what you had expected from it when you started and it makes you question where you are heading in the longer term. It may not be decision time just yet, but at least you are getting clear about what you really want for yourself.
